For the Attention of Richard Gray, Rosegate Consultants.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the help and advice you gave me when you managed my project to build a house here in East Pattaya. I have no hesitation in allowing you to copy this mail on your web site or displaying it in your office.

For the benefit of those who may read this I would like to explain that I originally decided to build my house without the use of someone who knew the difficulties that I would have to face up to. Although I had an architect draw up some plans I did not anticipate the builder's inability to read the plans and it was clear from the start that the finished product would not have borne much resemblance to what we had in mind.

On a friend's advice (after he had used your services) I contacted you, and in retrospect should have contacted you much earlier, to discuss what you could do for me. Whilst, obviously, I had to pay you for your services it actually saved me money as I would have lost more by using my original choice of builder.

The builder you recommended, and the input you had into the ongoing work, proved extremely effective. Our house is now completely finished, fully furnished (and thanks for the tips on where to get quality furnishings), and has now become our home.

As a very satisfied client I can highly recommend the good level of service given to me by the Rosegate Building Consultants Company which has taken all the stress and worry out of building a property in a country so different from England. The company has constantly kept me in the picture from the very beginning as building work has progressed. The project management has been excellent throughout. Thai workers have a reputation for working when it suits them but I have been pleasantly surprised that by using Rosegate the work has been done fast and regularly as well as to a high standard. It would have been very difficult to get the whole project off the ground without the services provided by the company and as the build nears completion I can see that the cost of using the company has saved me a lot frustration and in the long run has saved me a lot of money.

I am pleased to say that I have known Richard Gray, the M.D. of Rosegate Building Consultants for about 7 years.   I am happy to state that he is an honest and straight-forward man.   His company oversaw the complete refurbishment of my condo in Pattaya and I am extremely satisfied with Richard's supervision of the whole process.   We discussed the plans and we used the builders that Richard recommended.   He obviously had a good relationship with the builder and this proved to be very important.  

I could not have managed the process, whilst I was in England, without Richard.   He communicated with me by e-mail on a very regular basis and understood my requirements very well.   He made sure that the contractors followed my requests and monitored the whole process through from the planning stage to completion.
