This renovation of an old house in North Pattaya, started October 2007, we are currently in the process of knocking down the old house before we start on the new tropical style bungalow, although the old property is being totally demolished we are building on the existing concrete footprint at the clients request, new concrete columns & beams will be added as well as re-enforcing existing footings and the roof will also be replaced.

The clients have designed this house on the "Passive cooling" concept

On completion there will be 11x5 metre salt water swimming pool in the new project.

We at Rosegate arranged for all the architectural drawings to be done to meet the client’s requests, and we are also doing the project management for this project. The size of this house is approx 250 sqm, the land size being 1200sqm

This project was completed at the end of March 2008
